Scope & Limitations

1. Defined Scope

Each Clarity platform solution is delivered according to the specific features and functionality outlined in the selected package tier. The scope of each project is clearly defined in the project proposal and agreement.

2. Out of Scope

Any functionality not explicitly listed in the selected package is considered outside the defined scope and may require a separate quotation. This includes but is not limited to: custom integrations, advanced automation, content creation, photography, and ongoing marketing services.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for establishing and maintaining payment processor accounts (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
  • Content and media assets must be provided by the client unless otherwise agreed
  • Timely feedback and approvals are required to maintain project timeline

4. Technical Limitations

  • All platforms are delivered SEO-ready; content SEO strategy is not included
  • Third-party plugin and service functionality cannot be guaranteed 24/7
  • Performance depends on client's content volume and media optimization

5. Scope Changes

Scope outside the defined package requires a new quotation. All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation begins.
