Clarity AI operates only when you choose to use it and consent to the processing of your messages through our technology provider’s AI service. Please avoid personal, sensitive or confidential information. Before the first message, an email and explicit acceptance of conversation recording are required. The declared email (without identity verification) and all visitor and AI messages are recorded in a private CDA archive to review service usage and enquiries, independently of contact form submission. The team is notified after 10 minutes of inactivity with an admin-only archive link. Archived conversations are deleted after 30 days. Acceptance before the chat includes subscription to Clarity news, with an unsubscribe option in every newsletter. No contact form is submitted automatically, and the email is not sent to the AI model. Technical pseudonymous usage counters (without chat content) help protect the service against abuse.
